प्रतिभा पर्व से संबंधित महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी
Important information related to Pratibha Parva
(1) प्रतिभा पर्व मूल्यांकन वर्कशीट आधारित रहेगा। एक वर्कशीट में सभी विषय रहेंगे। छात्र सारा कार्य वर्कशीट में ही करेंगे(2) कक्षा 1 व 2 के लिए दी गयी वर्कबुक में ही आखिरी में आकलन शीट दी गयी है। अलग से कोई सामग्री प्राप्त नही होगी।
(3) कक्षा 3 से 8 के लिए वर्कशीट में दो खंड रहेंगे।
(4) खंड 'अ' में विषय आधारित प्रश्न रहेंगे।
(5) खंड 'ब' प्रोजेक्ट आधारित रहेगा।
(6) प्रोजेक्ट वर्क अन्तर्गत इस प्रकार के प्रश्न रखे गए है, जिसमें बच्चे जानकारी अवलोकन के आधार पर पता लगाएंगे, विश्लेषण करेंगे, निष्कर्ष निकालेंगे और अपनी टिप्पणी लिखेंगे।
(7) प्रोजेक्ट वर्क में बच्चों से कोई मॉडल आदि नहीं बनवाना है।
(8) खंड 'अ' 12 अंको का व खंड 'ब' 8 अंको का रहेगा।
(9) छात्रों को वर्कशीट 20 से 30 जनवरी तक पूर्ण करनी होगी।जिसमें वे अपने माता, पिता, बड़े भाई बहन का सहयोग ले सकेंगे। आवश्यकता पड़ने पर शिक्षक भी छात्रों को अकादमिक सहयोग प्रदान कर सकेंगे।
(10) वर्कशीट शिक्षक बच्चों को घर घर जाकर वितरित करेंगे। किसी भी स्थिति में बच्चों को विद्यालय नहीं बुलाना है।
(11) सभी शिक्षक इस अवधि में छात्रों के सतत संपर्क में रहेंगे। प्रत्यक्ष या फोन किसी भी माध्यम से।
(12) 30 जनवरी के पश्चात शिक्षक छात्रों से वर्कशीट एकत्र करेंगे व वर्कशीट की जांच करेंगे। यदि कोई छात्र 30 जनवरी के पूर्व वर्कशीट पूर्ण करके जमा करना चाहे तो शिक्षक जमा कर सकेंगे।
(13) विद्यालय में वर्कशीट कक्षावार अलग अलग फ़ाइल में रखना है। जैसे प्राथमिक विद्यालय में 5 फ़ाइल व माध्यमिक विद्यालय में 3 फ़ाइल रखनी होगी। जिसमे छात्रों से एकत्र की गई वर्कशीट जमा कर रखनी होगी।
(14) प्रतिभा पर्व हेतु शैक्षिक मूल्यांकन प्रपत्र-1 प्रति कक्षा एक प्रति व शैक्षिक मूल्यांकन प्रपत्र-2 प्रति शाला 2 प्रति वरिष्ठ कार्यालय से प्राप्त होगी।
(15) शिक्षक व प्रधानाध्यापक शत प्रतिशत बच्चों की सहभागिता सुनिश्चित करेंगे।
(16) उक्त समस्त कार्य दी गयी समयावधि में ही पूर्ण करना है।

(1) Talent festival evaluation worksheet will be based. All subjects will be in a worksheet. Students will do all the work in the worksheet itself.
(2) In the workbook given for classes 1 and 2, the assessment sheet is given in the last. No separate content will be received.
(3) There will be two sections in the worksheet for classes 3 to 8.
(4) Subject-based questions will be in section 'A'.
(5) Section 'B' will be project based.
(6) Such type of questions are placed under project work, in which children will find out, analyze, draw conclusions and write their comments based on information observation.
(7) Do not make any model etc. from children in project work.
(8) Section 'A' will be 12 digits and section 'B' will be of 8 digits.
(9) Students will have to complete the worksheet from 20 to 30 January, in which they will be able to take the support of their mother, father, elder siblings. Teachers will also be able to provide academic support to students when needed.
(10) Worksheet teachers will distribute the children from house to house. In any case, children are not to be called to school.
(11) All teachers will be in constant contact with the students during this period. Direct or phone by any means.
(12) After January 30, the teacher will collect the worksheet from the students and check the worksheet. If a student wants to complete the worksheet before January 30, then the teacher will be able to submit.
(13) The worksheet in the school is to be kept in separate file class-wise. For example, 5 files have to be kept in primary school and 3 files in secondary school. In which the worksheet collected from the students will have to be submitted.
(14) For Pratibha Parv, educational evaluation form-1 per class and educational evaluation form-2 per school will be obtained from senior office.
(15) Teachers and principals will ensure 100 percent participation of children.
(16) All the above work has to be completed within the given time period.
