India launched Satellite CMS-01
Indian Space Research Organisation ISRO launched CMS-01 satellite through PSLV rocket from Satish Dhawan Space Centre at Sriharikota on 17-12- 2020. This satellite was successfully placed into Orbit. It will have life span of 7 years. It will replace the G set 12 satellite, whose maximum term has expired. It will start functioning after about 4 days, which will improve radio and television communication. ISRO's chief K Sivan congratulated the engineers and workers of ISRO for the successful launch of the satellite. This is a major achivement for India.
