प्रधानमंत्री श्री मोदी द्वारा इस अवसर पर भारत में सस्ता और टिकाऊ आवासीय उत्प्रेरक 'आशा' के तहत विजेताओं की घोषणा भी की गई। 'प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना शहरी' को लागू करने में उत्कृष्टता के लिए पुरस्कार भी प्रदान किए गए। कार्यक्रम के दौरान प्रधानमंत्री 'नवारीतीह' के नाम से नवाचार निर्माण प्रौद्योगिकी के बारे में प्रमाणपत्र पाठ्यक्रम और 54 नवाचार आवासीय निर्माण प्रौद्योगिकी के सार संग्रह भी जारी किया गया।
Foundation for 'Light House' projects in states of India The popular Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Damodardas Modi on the occasion of New Year through video conferencing on 1st January 2021, launched the Global Residential Technology challenge in six cities of six States. Lay the foundation for light house projects under GHTC India.
For the first time in the country through Lighthouse projects, a new era will be seen on a large scale contribution using alternative Technology materials and processes. Such construction works are being done in (1) Indore of Madhya Pradesh (2) Rajkot in Gujarat (3) Chennai in Tamil Nadu (4) Ranchi in Jharkhand (5) Agartala in Tripura and (6) Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh. 1000 such houses will be constructed everywhere. This construction work is likely to be completed within 12 months. whereas in general it takes longer. In such a situation, this construction will cost less. There will be long-term and be of high quality.
Winners were also announced by Prime Minister Mr. Modi on the occasion under 'Asha', a cheap and sustainable housing catalyst in India. Awards were also presented for excellence in implementing 'Pradhanmantri Aawas Yojana' urban. During the program of certificate course on innovation construction technology in the name of Prime Minister 'Navaritih' and 54 abstracts of innovative residential construction technology were also released.
